I love being outdoors. This is where I find my bliss, my happy place. So much of what I see and what I want to capture in camera is found outside. All within the beauty of nature.

Born and raised in Michigan, I found my way to Chicago where I graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelors degree in photography. The summer after graduating, I threw all of my belongings in a truck and moved out to San Francisco where the weather was more fair than the extreme cold and heat of the Midwest.  I eventually landed at Birdman Inc., Northern California’s premier Location Scouting company. For the last almost 20 years I have been exploring California and other parts of the world as a Location Scout, being granted access to many local landscapes and other beautiful areas that most people never get to see.
